REFUND POLICY
Return Period We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Eligible Returns
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Products with all original seals intact
- Products with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Products returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used beauty devices
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Products without original packaging
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide:
- Free replacement, or
- Full refund including original shipping costs
Return Process
- Contact us at support@just-beauty.co with your order number
- Wait for return authorization
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship the item back to our return address
- Provide tracking information
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
- For defective/damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs
Return Handling Fee
If a return is approved, we will charge a 15% handling fee based on the item’s purchase price. This fee is deducted from the total refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
