REFUND POLICY

Return Period We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products with all original seals intact
  • Products with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Products returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty devices
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products without original packaging

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund including original shipping costs

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@just-beauty.co with your order number
  2. Wait for return authorization
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to our return address
  5. Provide tracking information

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
  • For defective/damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs

Return Handling Fee

If a return is approved, we will charge a 15% handling fee based on the item’s purchase price. This fee is deducted from the total refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
